Damaged package: Precautions will have been taken before sending each order, so if the product received is damaged due to transport, Fantasy Hippie is not responsible.

Order error: First of all, you should know that I apply myself in each order to avoid any problem, but if it turns out that there is still an error and the item received is not the one you ordered, it is possible to return it to make an exchange. It should be noted that this is the only condition under which I accept exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, it goes without saying that the item must be unused and in the same condition as the one received. It must also be in the original packaging.

1- To do this, simply inform me of the problem by writing to me in the 'Contact the store' section at the bottom of the website page.

2- Once the problem is reported, the customer will have to take care of the packaging and shipping costs for the exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3- It is at this point, once the item is received, that I will make the exchange with a new shipment, this time paid by the company, consisting of the correct item. You will be immediately informed once the item is sent.

This exchange policy is valid for 21 days following the purchase of your items. Once the 21 days have passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to offer an exchange of any kind.
