Shipping Policy

Orders dispatch: Delivered from the Saguenay region of Quebec, the delivery of the products of the boutique is done everywhere in Canada only. The processing of orders lasts from 3 to 5 days and may depend on the time of year.

Delivery times: For within Quebec, the time is estimated between 2 and 5 days. Delivery outside Quebec is to be determined.

Shipping costs: The costs are a minimum of $3.99 per package, but this can vary depending on the weight of the order.
(Logically, the bigger it is, the more expensive it is)

Shipping packaging: I ship orders in a rigid cardboard envelope, on purpose to avoid bending fragile products.

Tracking number: I am sorry, but I do not offer the possibility of tracking orders and that is why I ask people to notify me to make sure that the package has arrived at its destination. You see, I'm new to this and honestly, adding a tracking number to the packages I ship costs me more than the product itself, so I'm counting on you to be patient.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged package: Precautions will have been taken before sending each order, so if the product received is damaged due to transport, Fantasy Hippie is not responsible.

Order error: First of all, you should know that I apply myself in each order to avoid any problem, but if it turns out that there is still an error and the item received is not the one you ordered, it is possible to return it for an exchange. Please note that this is the only condition under which I accept exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, it goes without saying that the item must be unused and in the same condition as the one received. It must also be in the original packaging.

1- To do this, simply inform me of the problem by writing to me in the ‘Contact the store’ section at the bottom of the website.

2- Once the problem has been reported, the customer will have to take care of the packaging and shipping costs for the exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3- It is at this point, once the item is received, that I will make the exchange with a new shipment, this time paid by the company, consisting of the correct item. You will be immediately informed once the item is sent.

This exchange policy is valid for 21 days after the purchase of your items. Once the 21 days have passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to offer an exchange of any kind.

- Errors made by delivery people.
- Wrong addresses provided by customers.
- Damages caused to orders by postal services.
- PO box issues.
- Packages stolen after delivery.
